Well our Glass on Grass weekend was a great success again this year thanks to the help of a lot of wonderful people. Thanks to the ones who worked on the planning, organizing, setting up & tearing down. Thanks to those that parked the cars and put out the cardboard and then took it all up again. There is a lot of work that is done behind the scenes that no one sees. Thanks to those working the registration and the tables, those who were taking pictures and to those who worked so hard to get the donations for our giveaways. Next time you see the people you saw working in the park, tell them thanks for your hard work.

I want to put out a special thank you to Mike & Denise for the use of their home again this year. There is a lot of hard work in getting the BBQ set up and running smoothly. Thanks to your family too. They aren't even members and they work hard to make things operate smoothly.

I also want to thank Jeff Robinson and Ken Ratz for all the donations they got for our club. Jeff knew he wasn't going to be able to make the Glass on Grass event this year but he still worked very hard getting things for the club. Thanks guys.

Here are pictures from Steer Inn thanks to Bonnie. Can you believe it, Arlyn went to an event and didn't take his camera!

Saturday was hot, but not as hot as some years in the past. I hope everyone had a good time.

After a great day in the park we headed out to Mike & Denise's for the BBQ. Great food and fun visiting and just relaxing in the cool after a hot day. Thank you Bob & Mike for cooking those burgers and dogs. Great job.

Then on Sunday we had our autocross. It started out with a wet track but we decided to have the autocross anyway. By the end of the day I think we were looking for something to cool us off. They worked on setting up the course and getting it ready for the racing.

Then one of our members just couldn't stay out of trouble!!

The rest of the day went off without a hitch and with some car swapping to boot. I know I had a great time and I hope everyone else did too.
