It is not often that the club is honored with the opportunity to have a guest speaker at its monthly meetings.  Such was the case this month when Dick Guldstrand and Chuck Koch offered to guest speaker our monthly meeting.

Dick’s vast knowledge of early Corvette racing history is awesome.  I hope everyone enjoyed Dick’s presentation as I did.  We look forward to having Dick with us for Glass on Grass in July.

A lot of discussion in and outside of the club has focused on the need for increased insurance coverage to protect membership from liability and to cover such events as Glass on Grass and any racing that the club may put on.  Although the club approved an expenditure of $1300 for said insurance, I personally do not consider this matter closed.  I will be in contact with our insurance company and agent and you can count on an e-board meeting when my investigation is over.
